Terms of service
We provide free on-site consultation at a maximum of 30 minutes. If client address is outside the city limits, then some drive time will be added onto the service invoice. Emergency or disaster services are not available. We use email only to send all documentation; no paperwork required, clients may print documents from within the client portal. We mark up items that we must go purchase from a retail store by 15-20%. Payment is due upon departure from client home.

Work must be performed within a one year period for approximately 60 man-hours. Contract and electronic payment on file required. Restrictions apply. Total price is $1,500 minimum for 1 year, for a minimum of 5 hours of service per month. Staffing may vary per visit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if I purchase 10 hours, and then my project(s) require 5 more hours? Will I be charged the higher rate for the extra hours?
A: We prorate all project fees to be charged based on the original work order. We endeavor to remain fair and flexible in order to ensure a positive experience. It is sometimes better to aim higher in total hours.
Q: What if I purchase 3 hours, and then my project only takes 2 hours?
A: At that point, you can either reduce your invoice amount, or you can request extra work tasks to be completed to fill up the time slot you have selected.
Q: What if the work is not completed on the date the tech had originally estimated?
A: We will always remain committed to completing the work order at the earliest possible date and time. But we may also need some flexibility to accomplish some work depending on unforeseen circumstances. If necessary, we will discuss a solution to remedy the situation.
Q: What if extra supplies are needed?
A: If we must go purchase extra supplies and materials from Lowes, for example, we may have to come back the next day. Drive time and shopping time are not charged, but the price of the materials must be reimbursed and will be marked up 15-20%. Some small supplies such as screws, nails, etc. may be on hand and available at no charge.
Q: What if I purchase 1 hour of work, and once the tech has been on-site for 1 hour, I do not feel it was a "full hour" worth of work that was performed?
A: We understand that some time can be spent on indiscriminate tasks, personal chat, and interruptions. We log only full work hours towards the bill and will use our best effort to stay on task.
Q: Do you offer weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services?
A: At this time we do not, but check back later for additional services. We can provide a one-time cleaning service, and then discuss your options moving forward.
