Terms of service

We provide free on-site consultation at a maximum of 30 minutes. If client address is outside the city limits indicated here, then drive time may be added onto the service invoice. ​Emergency or disaster services are not available. We use email only to send all documentation; no paperwork required, clients may print documents from within the client portal. We mark up items that we must go purchase from a retail store by up 10-20%. Payment is due before departure from client's home. Terms are subject to change. See FAQ below for further information.

Sign on for long-term pricing at $25 per hour or $125/mo for 1 year

Labor must be performed within a one year period for approximately 60 man-hours of work. Contract and electronic payment info must be retained. Restrictions or additional terms may apply. Limited to routine, recurring and/or maintenance work only. Total price is $1,500 minimum for 1 year, for a minimum of 5 hours of service per month. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if I purchase 10 hours, and then my project(s) require 5 more hours? Will I be charged the higher rate for the extra hours?
A: We prorate all project fees to be charged based on the original work order. We endeavor to remain fair and flexible in order to ensure a positive experience. It is sometimes better to aim higher in total hours. 

Q: What if I purchase 3 hours, and then my project only takes 2 hours?
A: At that point, you can either reduce your invoice amount, or you can request extra work tasks to be completed to fill up the time slot you have selected. 

Q: What if the work is not completed on the date the tech had originally estimated?
A: We will always remain committed to completing the work order at the earliest possible date and time. But we may also need some flexibility to accomplish some work depending on unforeseen circumstances. If necessary, we will discuss a solution to remedy the situation.

Q: What if extra supplies are needed?
A: If we must go purchase extra supplies and materials, we may have to come back at another appointment time. Household materials and supplies purchased will be marked up at a reasonable amount.  

Q: Is drive time charged?
A: Drive time is not charged, except for grocery delivery to your house. 

Q: How is grocery delivery charged?
A: The time involved is billed separately from the total due at the store. The bill due at the store must be paid immediately at self-checkout via CashApp. A text message will be sent and receipt of payment must be received before purchase is completed in store. Please remain on standby!

Q: What if I purchase 1 hour of work, and once the tech has been on-site for 1 hour, I do not feel it was a "full hour" worth of work that was performed? 
A: We understand that some time can be spent on indiscriminate tasks, personal chat, and interruptions. We log only full work hours towards the bill and will use our best effort to stay on task. 

Q: Do you offer any cleaning in the kitchen, bathroom, carpets, etc? 
A: At this time, we do not do major deep-cleaning projects, but we can provide a one-time "rough cleaning" service, and then discuss your options moving forward or refer you to another provider.
